Roberto helped me out today and he was just a gem! He went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of and understood clearly what the problem was with my car. He was also super understanding about the repair being considerably more than I had anticipated and did everything he could to keep the cost down. I was shopping for a 21/22 Tahoe for a few week but every car I went to go see was not as described or had hidden issues. After almost giving up on my search I stopped by Tropical Chevrolet to find out about lease options. That's when everything changed, I was greeted by Carlos he quickly introduced me to his manager and the rest is history. They were able to locate the exact car I wanted in the same color plus more. This Tahoe they got on a trade in even had entertainment system in the back for the kids. Can't say enough good things about the service, straight forward business ethics and overall experience. Special thank you to Pedro in sales and Phillip the sales manager. These guys make you feel like family while delivering 5 star service. Entire time management makes you feel like a private client at a hedge fund firm. Spending 10 minutes at the store you can tell the leadership is great.
